Mad Kat started with two Minneapolis marketers, Madison Wollner and Katie Casey, and one shared belief: good marketing deserves better design.

My Creative Journey
My unique career path has pushed me to be self-sufficient, adaptable, and a jack-of-all-trades in the world of design. Curious as to how this all began? Take a look at my creative journey timeline to see how I got here.
As a sophomore in high school, I joined the yearbook club, where I learned Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
I attend Auburn University in Auburn, AL, and declare my major in Graphic Design.
I begin offering freelance design services.
I start my first internship with Allegis Corporation.
I take classes in UI/UX design as well as video editing, adding Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and some CSS to my skill set. I also begin my second internship with Motesart Productions.
I graduate Cum Laude from Auburn University with my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
I am hired on as a Photo & Video Marketing Specialist at Turf Tank. Shortly after, I am promoted to Content Manager. I add social media management, video production, and photography to my skill set.
I start a new position at Artbox Creative Studios as a Graphic Designer. Here is where I master my website design knowledge and consider myself an Adobe Expert.
I start a new position at Gemini Agency as a Senior Graphic Designer. Here is where I begin to learn about digital marketing and how to incorporate it into my creative strategy.
I am promoted to Creative Services Manager at Gemini Agency, overseeing the Creative Services department.
I now oversee the Creative Services Department and Web Dev & Design department. I am the lead designer for both departments.
